Child safety standards

Last updated 17 September 2026

Zyotel is an activity-first social app for people 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any attempt to involve a minor in the product.

Who may use Zyotel

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Zyotel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.

Prohibited conduct

The following is banned and will be removed:

  • Any sexual content involving a minor, or that sexualizes a minor.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to meet a minor.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM.
  • Creating an account or plan that is intended for anyone under 18.

How to report

In the app or on the website, open a profile or plan and tap Report. Choose Child safety concern and send the report. You can also email hellozyotel@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety”.

What we do with reports

  • Child-safety reports are reviewed first, ahead of other reports.
  • We remove violating content and suspend or delete the account.
  • We preserve records needed for an investigation or a lawful request.
  • Where required, we report CSAM to the appropriate authority, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and Indian law enforcement.
